Completed in May 2007, this brand new contemporary mansion sits directly on Grace Bay, the world's best beach (as voted at the World Travel Awards 2006). Privately set in an acre of tropical landscaped grounds, the house enjoys 100 feet of stunning beach frontage, with the purest of fine sand and assure blue ocean, stretching to the west and east. With no condo's, this area of beach has only 6 other high-end residences, providing peace, quite and privacy. Why not enjoy a dip in the large private pool. Every room enjoys breathtaking westerly ocean views, with two en-suits having ocean facing large bath tubs, all furnished in contemporary European styling.
The vast outdoor summer lounge is the perfect place to relax, facing over the pool to the horizon beyond, furnished with striking Dedon seating. Enjoy sun downers at the sunset fire pit a large seating area on the beach's edge. With an amazing Italian designer kitchen, Philip Starck sanitary ware, a glass walled dining room, media lounge with huge HD flat screen and built in surround sound system (satellite), this is the best and newest T&C villa offering luxurious beach living. This fabulous villa is located in the perfect spot to enjoy the island and its many restaurants, bars, attractions and plentiful other beaches. Footprints is located on the island of Provo.
The world famous Grace Bay is a 12 mile stretch of perfect sand and the villa is located at the eastern end of the bay. The TCI is located 1 hr, 10 min flight from Miami and is also fed from New York, Atlanta, Charlotte. More routes appear annually. Provo is only 20 miles long, and has a tremendous choice of beaches, bars, restaurants and shops as well as a highly regarded 18 hole golf club. It is known to be the safest of all Caribbean islands and is perfect for families. The sea is warm, uniquely assure, and the sand is as perfect as you would imagine.
The villa is in the most exclusive address areas, Flamingo Lane and is neighbored only by a few similar large residences. The gardens are lush, and were designed and planted by the creators of the Palms. The new pool system uses a salt balancing method cleaning, so no chlorine eyes, yet hardly any salt taste.
